ON-ROAD: making use of quiet roads, country lanes and cycle paths as much as possible.

 

OFF-ROAD: using routes suitable for hybrid or mountain bikes.

 

MTB: using routes that are only suitable for mountain bikes, eg through forests.

 

FAMILY RIDES: rides which you can bring your children along.

EXPERIENCED: Cycling is like walking, ie distance isn’t really a problem.
