Cycle Seahaven will be supporting the
Motor Neurone Disease Association through its sponsorship
events and rides until the end of 2012.
Motor Neurone Disease
(MND) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that
attacks the upper and lower motor neurones. Degeneration of
the motor neurones leads to weakness and wasting of muscles,
causing increasing loss of mobility in the limbs, and
difficulties with speech, swallowing and breathing.
Further information can be
obtained from the club secretary, Denis Bass, using the
contact form. |
Summer Rides
Due to increased demand we have an even bigger list of rides
for the summer months. Every ride is graded according to difficulty
and experience so there are rides for everyone whether you
are a hard-core downhiller or getting on a bike for the
first time.Jump to our new
Rides Calendar
In addition to the 'official'
rides, there are many impromptu rides organised directly
between members. Find out about these on the
Cycle Seahaven Google group.
